In the case of offers below this price, the ZONPOC service will automatically reject the purchase and if even for technical reasons such offer would not be rejected, the offer will be considered rejected and not recognized by the Seller. The minimum price is not public for Users. ZONPOC users do not have access to offers submitted by other users if the seller deselects the offer as public.
When accepting and using the ZONPOC, the Sellers undertake not to send Goods, the trade of which violates applicable law or third party rights (in particular copyrights and other intellectual property rights), as well as the issuance of which may be considered as violating good practices.

For Offers published on ZONPOC Users can ask questions (regarding this Offer) to the Seller via the form provided by ZONPOC. The content of the question is automatically sent to the e-mail address of the Seller who simultaneously discloses the e-mail address of the User asking the question.
By entering the Negotiation, the Negotiator determines at what price which price to buy, which in the case of acceptance undertakes to pay. The offer is valid for 48 hours. The Seller has so much time to accept or reject the offer. The offer that the seller will not answer within the allotted time will be automatically canceled. The end of the Offer takes place with the passage of time specified in its terms by the Seller or when all the Goods are sold. An earlier closing of the Offer may take place:
a. based on the decision of the Seller. In this situation, offers with the Buy Now option are binding. In the case of Negotiate offers, the offers accepted by the Seller are binding.

The buyer using the Buy Now option concludes a contract with the Seller at the time of confirmation of purchase using the Buy button.
The contract is concluded by the Negotiating Party if its price offer is accepted by the Seller and the quantity available in the Seller's purchase offer is still available in the Seller's Offer.
After the conclusion of the contract between the Buyer and the Seller, its confirmation is sent via e-mail (or optionally via other electronic means of communication).
