Which one is the best? It's not easy to answer as each one is a bit different and tailored to different topics. Depending on what you're looking for, you need to dig around and find the best solution. The search itself is time-consuming :)

Personally, I most often use Udemy and TED - the former for IT topics and hard training, while the latter for soft business training. I haven't tried others - maybe someone will write about them or suggest another cool learning platform and explain why?
